    STANDARD QUESTIONS

    1. How long does processing and shipping take? Please allow a total of 3-5 business days for your shipping order to arrive. Orders will be processed within 2 business days and are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which takes 1-3 business days to arrive. Enjoy free priority shipping on all orders over $125!
    2. How long will it take for my pick up order to be ready? Pick up orders will be ready for pick up within two hours of ordering. Please wait until you have received a notification that states "your order is ready for pick up" before coming to get your order.
    3. When does my pick up order expire? You have 7 days to retrieve your pick up order. After the 7th day you will receive a store credit for the amount of your order sent to your email that can be used online or in store at anytime.
    4. Where are you located? Come visit us at 29139 Southfield Rd in Southfield, Michigan (48076). We are open 11am-7pm Monday-Saturday. We are closed on Sunday's.
    5. What is your return policy? No returns on anything. We offer exchange/store credit only within 7 days of purchase that are unworn and in original packaging or with tags attached. 

      All items purchased at a discounted price or during a sale are final sale. No returns or exchanges on any items that were purchased at a discounted price. We can offer store credit on items purchased at a discounted price within 7 days.

      Any order that includes gift wrapping, we offer exchange/store credit within 30 days of purchase. Gift wrapping must be purchased at the time the item was purchased.
    6. How do I take care of and clean my jewelry? Your jewelry is very delicate, please handle with care! Remove your jewelry when sleeping, showering, swimming, exercising, applying lotion, oil, hairspray, or any other products with chemicals unless marked as waterproof. Keep jewelry in a safe space when you aren't wearing it. Never leave jewelry loose in the bottom of purses or book bags. Use a microfiber cloth to clean jewelry. Add a little warm water to clean if necessary.
    7. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, ApplePay, and PayPal online. You can also take advantage of ShopPay Installments to shop now and pay later in 4 equal installments. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and ApplePay in store. 
    8. Can I change my delivery option after I place my order? No, your order must be fulfilled in the manner it was placed. If you place a shipping order, you cannot change it to pick up. If your pick up order is expired, click here to get it shipped to you. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before checking out.
    9. Can I add a discount code or cancel order after my order is placed? Unfortunately, once an order has been made online it cannot be cancelled and discounts cannot be applied to previously placed orders.
    10. What should I do if I receive an incorrect item? Please call the Harper Bae Hotline at 248-595-7099 or email support@shopharperray.com to fix any issues with your order. 
    11. Can jewelry be repaired? Most (not all) damage to your jewelry can be repaired. We offer free repairs for any items purchased from Harper Ray. Most repairs can be done on the spot while you wait at our Southfield location.
